Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Return shipping.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund time.

Refunds are processed within [SLOT: reconcile — existing pages say 5 working days; Terms say 14 working days. Recommend "5 working days" — customer-friendly] of receiving and approving your return.

Damaged or incorrect orders.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@forseason.co.uk and we'll put it right.

Cancellations.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us. Once shipped, the returns policy applies. (This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.)
